Orders of 6 items or fewer received before 10 am Australia time by email, online, or telephone MONDAY to FRIDAY will be dispatched the same day or next day by Australia Post or Courier. All other orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally within 2 working days until and unless requested (additional cost may apply). Orders received after 10 am Australia time will NOT be downloaded until the next working day. If next day delivery is required then the order MUST be received before 10 am, this includes all Special Delivery and Courier services.

Please note that orders placed on a Public Holiday will not be downloaded until the next working day. However, please contact us by email or phone, if it is urgent.

All prices are in AUD. Because of fluctuating rates, taxes, raw material costs and other factors outside of our control, prices may be subject to change without notice.

It is always possible that despite our best efforts some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products we will inform you and will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted except America Express. Bank transfer in is also acceptable. All prices shown are inclusive of GST at the current rate.

All items are subject to postage and packing charges. We send orders out in the most economical/efficient postal method which may include registered services.
Orders with a value of more than $ 250 or that weigh more than 2kg may incur an additional cost.

Extra services (with charges) such as Special Delivery and Tracked and International Signed (please see the section for International order for further details) are available options for orders under 2kg. Please contact us for further information.

Occasionally parcels can be lost by the mail services. If this happens we will resend the order after 5 working days (AU) or 10 working days [minimum] for overseas orders. These times are a guide, and when the mail services take industrial action or there are adverse weather conditions, these times may be extended.

Items will NOT be re-sent free of charge if the customer’s delivery details were entered incorrectly at the time of the order.

When you place your order online you will receive a confirmation and order number.

As indicated when placing an order, it is not possible to add to or change the order once payment has been processed.

A confirmation docket will be sent via email when the goods are dispatched.

Orders should arrive within a few days of confirmation of dispatch depending on your location. Please contact us within 30 days should your order not arrive.

All Hotel deliveries and temporary holiday addresses must be sent by Special Delivery if in the Australia, or via a trackable and or signed for service if overseas. Please contact us for further information.

Students and practitioners of homeopathy, graduating from an accredited Australian college of homeopathy, are eligible for special discounts on some items. ?Please contact us for further details.

Students and practitioners are advised to register for an account on the website and NOT check out as a guest. Guest check excludes discounts and discounts are not refundable.

If you are using any discount vouchers, please allow a reasonable amount of time to apply for discount status before placing your order.

Any discount vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Discounts are applicable for order above $100 AUD.

Combination homeopathic remedies are possible but take time and extra care to prepare so there is a surcharge of $1.25 per remedy for three or more mixed remedies or potencies. We do have a number of prepared combination remedies for which there is no surcharge.

Our database is for Angel?s Homeopathic dispensary use only so that we can contact you if we have a problem with your order.

All address, telephone and email details are held within our secure system. We DO NOT pass on or sell your details to anyone else. We appreciate how irritating it is to receive unsolicited calls or emails or mails.

Before confirming your order please check with your Country?s Customs office for advice and regulations as certain countries does not allow the importation of Herbal or Homeopathic Remedies.?

Postage and Handling: Please note that International orders to certain countries are subjected to additional charges ? such as customs duties and fees and import taxes. This charges are to be paid by the customers who are receiving the goods in their respecting country. It is advised that you consult your country?s customs office for further information regarding whether you will be required to pay any extra charges on your shipment and the amount that needs to be paid.

Please note that we CANNOT provide refund or exchange on a returned order from Customs as we are unable to resell the products.

We take all reasonable precaution to ensure that your orders are delivered safe and intact. However, Angel?s Homeopathy does not hold any liability once your order has been dispatched for any damages that occur. Any loss or damage will need to be taken up with Australia Post. ?It is important that you retain the original packaging and its contents as Australia Post needs to sight the product damage and the packaging barcode, in order to supply refunds.

We always recommend buy insurance for orders above $100.

If you buy from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund or replacement goods if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for incorrectly sent products. We will replace your order and post it at no cost to you. Please phone or email us so that we can give you instructions on how to return the product to us or how to get refund.

In circumstances where a return has been accepted the refund may not include postal charges. This is dependent upon individual circumstances.

There are some exclusions to this Refund Policy and are mentioned below.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrectly ordered products or change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  • There are certain products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange:
    • All Angel?s Homeopathy Pharmacy Remedies are made up specifically for your order and we cannot accept returns for exchange or refund. Please ensure you have ordered the correct remedy, potency and form at the time of placing your order.
    • Some vitamins and temperature controlled supplements are perishable and are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Please note that goods returned to us must be unopened and undamaged with all packaging, components, leaflets and instructions. For example, for homeopathy kits, the outer seals must be intact.

In case the products are unavailable or out of stock, you will be informed before the goods are dispatched. It will reflect as BACK order on your receipt. Please contact us via email or phone if you have any concerns.
